Kontroll is a three-part animation film about font, music and technology. Made specifically for the Typomania Festival in 2018.

The first part about how the universality inherent in modern technologies and the globality of solutions based on them erases the expositions of the past. The letter Q of Bodoni font is deconstructed and re-engineered, in the form of Roboto

In the final scene, the viewer sees a matrix where Roboto replaced many different fonts of other eras: Futura, Din, Garamond and many others.

The second part is a love poem addressed on behalf of artificial intelligence to its master or hostess. This part of the film is designed to show that the boundaries between digital and human are erased.

The final part is the agony of the mind. Man is pathetic and weak. Technology is a new religion. The voice of the machine breaks into the world of people, sounds in your head. Alles est nichts.
